By using INFRA (infragraph.io), you agree to these terms.
Service Description
INFRA provides a freemium structural diagnostic service that analyzes publicly available website content to assess representation health for AI ecosystems. The analysis is based on publicly accessible data including HTML structure, metadata, structured data, and link architecture.
What INFRA Is Not
- INFRA is not an SEO tool or ranking optimizer
- INFRA is not legal, compliance, or regulatory advice
- Scan results are diagnostic indicators, not guarantees of AI representation accuracy
- Results should not be treated as professional consulting output
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Submit only domains you own or have authorization to analyze
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes
- Not attempt to bypass rate limits, OTP verification, or other security measures
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute scan results at scale
Data and Analysis
- All analysis is performed on publicly available website content
- Scan results represent a point-in-time snapshot and may change as website content changes
- Snapshots are retained for 7 days and automatically expire
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness
Intellectual Property
The INFRA scoring methodology, report format, and diagnostic framework are proprietary. Scan results are provided for your internal use. You may share individual reports but may not systematically redistribute them.
Limitation of Liability
INFRA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (zero for freemium tier).
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access for abuse, excessive automated usage, or violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
